FWS-126 Beginning Weight Lifting

Beginning Weight Lifting introduces basic and intermediate strategies to developing an appropriate individual strength and resistance program. Emphasis will be placed on understanding basic program design, implementation, and execution of basic resistance exercises. This course may be repeated 3 times up to 4 credits. IMPORTANT NOTE: Students retaking a previously passed class may have the repeated class count toward financial aid enrollment only once.
