RSP-112 Patient Assessment
Patient Assessment provides an understanding of how to conduct a patient interview and assess subjective and objective information in the health care setting. Patient assessment will focus on medical records review, patient interview, physical examination, radiological examination, and laboratory assessment which is used to evaluate a patient’s health status and response to treatment. (Offered fall semester.)
Prerequisite
Admission to the Respiratory Care Program, and successful completion of
BIO-185, or
BIO-281 and
BIO-282, with a grade of C or higher.
