Office Procedures emphasizes essential business,procedures and activities. Topics include human,relations, routine and administrative duties,,filing and records management, office ethics,,decision-making, and problem solving. Students,interested in a specialized office career, such,as,medical or legal, will complete a semester,project,focusing on that area of interest. Others will,complete a similar project of a general office,career. Recommended that this course,be taken the last semester of attendence.
