RSP-222 Cardiopulmonary Testing & Rehabilitation

Cardiopulmonary Testing and Rehabilitation,provides the student with an in-depth study of,pulmonary function testing in the lecture and,laboratory setting including types of tests, test,results analysis, diagnostic value of the,analysis, pulmonary functions testing equipment,,and the standards for equipment and test,performance. Additional areas of study include,pulmonary and cardiac stress testing, pulmonary,rehabilitation, performing an electrocardiogram,,cardiac arrhythmia recognition, blood gas,analyzer function, and the quality assurance,standards for blood gas analyzers. Field trips,into localhospitals may be included. (Offered,summersemester.)
